As the population grew in Miami-Dade County, people moved to the South and West of downtown Miami. Many wonderful communities are now located in the Palmetto and Falls areas with exceptional schools, great shopping and expansive homes and land. The flavor and makeup of the community is both young and empty nesters since neighborhoods have remained cohesive.
